Temporary, part-time Communications and Development Assistant to provide administrative support to the executive director and other staff. The ideal candidate is experienced in nonprofit fundraising and committed to feminist healthcare, reproductive justice, and LGBTQ equality. Organizational skills and strong attention to detail are required. Responsibilities include providing scheduling and other administrative assistance to the executive director; organizing and coordinating special events; and marketing. This position is 20 hours/week and does not include benefits. Contract period is June – Dec. 31, 2018, renewable subject to grant funding and future needs. Part-time, per diem, licensed mental health counselor for up to 2 days/week to start. LCSW or LCPC required. Flexible schedule with preference given to candidates who are available Thursdays and/or Fridays to start. We provide affirming, inclusive reproductive and sexual healthcare and are adding mental health counseling to our clinical services. Ideal candidate has experience working with LGBTQ+, transgender folks, women, and people with low income/MaineCare, and expertise in trauma and substance abuse recovery.
