We are able to accept gifts of stocks or securities.
Supplies: We are always in need of basic supplies like toilet paper, coffee (K cups), cleaning supplies, and office supplies. We would also greatly appreciate gift cards to Target, Amazon, and Hannaford. Click here to view our wish list.
Consider donating a book: We are updating our women’s health lending library and need new books. Click here to view our wish list. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you decide to make a donation OR if you have suggestions for resources we should add.
Mabel Wadsworth Center has grown from a conversation around a kitchen table to an independent, free-standing health center that has served thousands of people across Maine and beyond. Our success is due, in large part, to the dedication of community volunteers. We welcome people of all backgrounds, skills, and interests to learn more about to become involved! If you shop at Amazon, you can select Mabel Wadsworth Center as your charity of choice. When you shop using the Amazon Smile link, Amazon will donate a small percent of your total purchase to us!
A fun and easy way to support us is by attending one of our events! We host a variety of events throughout the year ranging from educational programs, films, and workshops to house parties and fundraisers. Please join our email list, below, to stay up to date on these activities!
We are a comprehensive reproductive healthcare provider and offer a range of services including well-woman care, prenatal care, and many other services. Your private insurance dollars help to sustain the Center’s mission of providing care to all people regardless of their ability to pay.
